Last days – Basque Country exchange program

GERMANY

Today we received shoes, which we could paint like we wanted to.

After the lunch we went to the Portugalete Bridge. Some people went upstairs. It was very high. The others which were affraid of hights stayed downstairs and took the ferry. After that we relaxed at a beach. But we couldn`t go swimming.

After the dinner we had a disco in our seminar room… But lot of us think that it was not so good.

Today we were in the Guggenheim Museum. we didn`t wanted to go, but we had to. After that we went 45 minutes by feet back to the hostel. Then we had lunch. After the lunch we walked to the Metro and went to another beach. The water was not very clean.

The last evening was very good. We handed over some small presents to the Basques. And talked about our visit in Bilbao. We are all sad that it was our last day. – But we will see each other in 10 days at Schubi Beach.

BASQUE COUNTRY

Yesterday morning we made very beautiful shoes, called «Alpargatas». In the afternoon we went to Portugalete to the famous brigde, some people went upstairs and the other downstairs. We came back and we prepared to go party. At 22:00 we had the party with DJ JESUS but we didn´t enjoy a lot because only the Basque people was dancing.

Today morning we went to Bilbao to see the Guggenheim Museum, it has been a little bit boring but is beautiful to see. In the afternoon we have been on Arrigunaga´s beach, it was too hot!!!

In few hours the Germans are leaving, we will see them in ten days, WE WILL MISS YOU!

Kayak & Cycling day of the Germany – Basque Country exchange program

Today we enjoyed a fantastic day – we discovered Bilbao from the waterside with kayaks, we were jumping off the boats and we were swimming around them after the lunch in the shadow we took bikes and rode to the center of the town although we were quite exhausted, we used the last hours for shopping Hopefully we will have a nice last weekend..

BASQUE COUNTRY 

hi guys! today we had a lot of fun, in the morning we went to Bilbo´s river and then we did two grups; one group has done kayak during the other group was going cycling. We enjoyed  kayaks, we swam in the river and in cycling we went around Bilbao. After that, we had free time and we went all together to the Zubiarte shopping center, we ate something in the Mac Donald´s and finaly we went to the hostel. It´s has been a perfect day!!!!

Beach day – Basque Country exchange program

TODAY WE WENT TO THE BEACH WITH THE GERMAN AND THE BASQUE GROUP WE ROADE WITH THE METRO TO THE BEACH SOPELANA ITS A NICE PLACE THE WEATHER WAS VERY GOOD ON THE BEACH WAS THE WAVES WERE  VERY HIGH. IT WAS SO FUNNY AFTER THE SWIMMING WE WERE LYING IN THE SUN  AFTER THAT WE WENT HOME. THAT WAS  A VERY NICE AND FUNNY DAY. SEE YOU TOMORROW:)

BASQUE COUNTRY

TODAY WE HAVE GONE TO THE BEACH OF SOPELANA AND WE HAVE ENJOYED A LOT. THE WATER WAS GOOD AND THERE WERE MANY ALGAE. APART FROM THAT, WE ALREADY KNOW THAT TOMORROW WE ARE GOING TO DO KAYAK AND CYCLING AND WE ARE SO EXCITED!!! NOW WE HAVE BEEN RECORDING SOME VIDEOS AND WE ARE GOING TO DO A GAME.YOU CAN SEE THE PHOTOS TOMORROW!

Fifth day of the Germany – Basque Country exchange program

Today we went to Guernica to the Peace Museum: There was a room where we got an impression how the day of the bombing had been for the people. Unfortunately, it was raning so much…but even though, some crazy people went into the sea to swim 🙂

BASQUE COUNTRY 

Today because of the weather we haven´t done nothing special. In the morning we have gone to Gernika to see the «Peace museum» , we enjoyed a lot. In the afternoon we come back and we spoke about a lot of gossips… LOVE IS IN THE AIR ❤
