The first activity we did that day was going to the swimming pool. When we were there some people sunbathe while other people went swimming. Everyone enjoyed this activity as it give the young people a chance to get to know each other.
In the afternoon we went to visit Galdakao, and some of the young people gave a tour. this give the Northern Irish people a better understanding of what it was like to live in the Basque Country.
On the first day we all got off the bus and we meet up with everyone. We first got showed our rooms then we went outside and did ice breakers to get to know everyone and their names. We all eventually settled in to what we come to as a school, it wasnt too pleasant but we got used to the conditions and made the most of it. After we got dinner and it wasnt the nicest because we are not used to the culture but we eventually got used to the taste.
Hola! Somos Ager y Amets, monitores del intercambio entre Alemania y Bizkaia que se va a realizar entre los meses de julio y agosto. Este fin de semana nos hemos desplazado hasta Schuby Beach (Alemania) para conocer las instalaciones y a los monitores con los que compartiremos la experiencia. Ha resultado ser un fin de semana formidable, lleno de actividades y sin tiempo para aburrirse. Seguro que a nuestros chicos y chicas de Bilbao les va a encantar!!! 8 egun pasatu dira; 8 egun egon gara Bartzelonako lurraldean, hainbat eta hainbat proiektu, pertsona, esperientziak,… ezagutzen.
Comenzamos con proyectos dirigidos a mujeres, Bancos del Tiempo, Xarxas (redes) de entidades que realizan desarrollo comunitario en los barrios, pueblos,… Entidades con un trabajo intenso con niños, niñas, juventud,… inserción laboral para jóvenes, mujeres prostitutas,… un abanico amplio de proyectos, que ahora llevamos a Euskadi, con la intención de poderlas aplicar en nuestros barrios, pueblos,…
Eskerrik asko, egun hauetan gurekin egon zareten guztioi; ideia pillo bat eramaten doguz gure motxilan.
